Shipping & Refunds

Shipping:

  • Shipping is $8.00 1-3 items - $10 max – Orders over $100 get free shipping
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-28 hours
  • We are not responsible for any lost packages once shipped. Please contact your local post office and file a claim for a missing package.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We are happy to accept returns on merchandise that are unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached within 14 days of the receipt date.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only – Sorry, No Refunds.
  • All sales items and food items are FINAL.

Defective Items:

  • Please notify us by email with a picture and description of defective item within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:

  • For product returns, please email tapestryboutique@gmail.com to receive a return address label. Shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and returning your item.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping company or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
